After registering, you will receive two emails:
• A confirmation email once your registration is complete
• A second email with a link to download the Actors Handbook
The Actors Handbook includes step-by-step instructions, along with the link to the video submission form required to participate.
👉 In-person showcase requests are NOT made during this initial registration.
To be considered for the live Los Angeles showcase, you must indicate your interest in the video submission form when uploading your video, which is linked inside the Actors Handbook.
Using the handbook, you will:
- Prepare your monologue
- Record your video
- Upload your submission using the link provided in the handbook
- Indicate if you’d like to be considered for the live Los Angeles showcase
All registered actors may submit a 60-second monologue video, which will be included in a private database shared with casting directors, agents, managers, and producers.
Select actors may also be invited to perform in person on April 18, 2026 at the Culver City Theatre in Los Angeles, CA!

This showcase is produced by Studio For Performing Arts LA and Foundation in collaboration with the Hollywood Arab Film Festival and the Casting Society of America.
Eligibility & Details

Open to actors of all experience levels

Ages: Youth & Adults (Under 18 must have parent/guardian permission)

Open to performers of Middle Eastern, North African, South Asian, and Southwest Asian backgrounds

One submission per actor

Monologue must be 60 seconds or less and family-friendly
Technical Guidelines

Video should be 720p recommended (no 4K, avoid large files)

File size under 500 MB

Include a brief slate (name only) at the beginning
