The Kids LA National Acting Convention is a guided five-day showcase experience in Los Angeles where young performers compete, perform for talent agents and casting directors, connect with industry professionals, and celebrate at a red-carpet awards event.
Open to performers ages 4–17 at all experience levels, this program is designed to support both beginners and more experienced students in acting, modeling, singing, dance, and on-camera performance within a positive, structured environment.
Before traveling to Los Angeles, each participant receives personalized online coaching and preparation. Our coaches help your child select six competition categories, prepare materials, and build confidence step by step so they feel ready and supported when they arrive.

BEHAVIOR AND ATTENDANCE
Participants and guests must follow all program guidelines and event rules at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal without refund. Attendance and punctuality are the responsibility of each family. Missed activities, including coaching sessions or convention events, are not refundable or rescheduled.
CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS
Cancellations made more than three (3) weeks before the event are eligible for a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee and $75 for each included coaching session already attended.
Cancellations within three (3) weeks of the event are non-refundable.
Included coaching sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ written notice. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited.
If a family is unable to attend within three (3) weeks of the event, they may request to transfer registration to the next scheduled session for a $300 transfer fee, subject to availability. The convention is typically offered in January and July, though dates are not guaranteed.
Transfers are valid only for the next available session. If a future session is not held or the participant does not attend the transferred session, all tuition and fees are forfeited. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
LIABILITY & MEDIA
Families are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and personal belongings. The program is not liable for flight delays, travel disruptions, lodging issues, illness, injury, lost property, or third-party venue matters.
Event schedules, faculty, categories, and venue details are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Participation does not guarantee representation, contracts, callbacks, or industry opportunities.
By registering, families consent to photography and video use for promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted in advance.
