StudioReel – Professional Acting Reel Scene (Los Angeles)

Film professional demo reel scenes in Los Angeles with an all-inclusive coaching and production package.
Each purchase includes one professionally filmed scene. Actors may select up to four scenes by adjusting the quantity before checkout.
When booking multiple scenes, all scenes are scheduled on the same shoot day whenever possible. Each scene is assigned its own dedicated filming block, allowing time for preparation, wardrobe changes, resets, and proper focus on each scene.
After registering, you’ll receive two emails: a confirmation receipt first, followed a few minutes later by a separate email with a link to download your Welcome Handbook to help you prepare.

• ZOOM COACHING & PREP SESSION
Your first session is a group Zoom coaching with Director Walid Chaya, focused on scene work and filming prep. Tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, August 18 at 6:00 PM PT; the Zoom link will be closer to the date. While this is optional, it's highly suggested so you arrive on-set prepared.
• FILMING DATES
- Please save the date: Sunday, August 23 — as you will be assigned a specific time once the schedule is finalized.
You’ll be scheduled for a private 2-hour appointment per scene, which includes final preparation and a 30-minute on-set shoot. The filming address will be emailed closer to the shoot date.
After filming, you’ll receive your takes and select one preferred take — or moments from one or two takes — for a clean, simple edit. As this is a streamlined program, edits focus on basic assembly and polishing. Final scenes are delivered within 2–3 weeks and are ready for casting profiles and submissions. Additional editing may be available through Rapid Reelz for an extra fee.

🖥️ PART 1: COACHING (ONLINE)
Actors attend a Zoom coaching and prep session on February 9 at 6:00 PM PT with Director Walid Chaya. Scenes are rehearsed in a group setting, with feedback on performance and wardrobe. Zoom link will be emailed prior to the session.
🎥 PART 2: FILMING (IN PERSON)
Actors are scheduled for a private 2-hour appointment at our Los Angeles filming location. This includes final prep, on-set filming, and reviewing your favorite takes immediately after shooting. Address will be emailed prior to the shoot.
📌 ATTENDANCE & PROGRAM POLICY
The optional online coaching session is highly recommended but not required. Coaching is offered one time only and cannot be rescheduled or made up if missed.
StudioReel is a streamlined, group-based program designed to provide affordable, full-service production and coaching. Because of this structure, custom scheduling or format changes outside the listed dates cannot be accommodated.
Attendance is required for the in-person filming appointment, and actors must arrive at their scheduled call time. Due to the coordinated production schedule, filming appointments cannot be rescheduled, and late arrival that causes you to miss your call time may result in forfeiting your shoot.
Because space is limited, we ask for at least two weeks’ notice if you need to cancel. While refunds are not available, a credit will be issued that may be applied toward a future StudioReel session or used toward other available services with Studio For Performing Arts LA and Rapid Reelz, subject to availability.
🖥️ EDITING & DELIVERY POLICIES
1. Post-Production & Edit Selection
After your shoot, your footage moves into post-production for editing, sound polish, and color correction. You’ll receive your takes and select one preferred take or moments from one or two takes for a simple, polished edit. As StudioReel is a streamlined program, edits focus on assembling your strongest performance rather than complex revisions.
Once your footage is delivered, you have 48 hours (2 days) from the date you receive it to submit your edit selections. If we do not hear back within that timeframe, the edit may be forfeited or completed at our discretion so that production timelines can be maintained.
2. Delivery & Feedback
Your fully edited scene will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your shoot date as a downloadable file ready for casting profiles and submissions. You may submit one round of minor feedback for consideration within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt. If we do not hear back within that timeframe, we will assume no revisions are needed and the project will be considered complete. More detailed edits or alternate versions may be arranged directly through Rapid Reelz for an additional fee.
3. Using Your Final Scene
Once delivered, your final cut is ready to upload to casting platforms and share with agents, managers, and casting directors.
