This opportunity involves submitting a virtual audition for a national touring musical production.


Project type: Musical theatre national tour

Audition format: Virtual self-tape submission

Roles Seeking


Casting is seeking a wide range of roles including:

• Orpheus (must play guitar)

• Eurydice

• Hermes (all gender identities)

• Persephone

• Hades

• The Fates (must play instruments such as violin, percussion, or accordion)

• Workers ensemble (strong movers/dancers, may understudy principal roles)


Actors with instrumental skills and strong vocal individuality are highly encouraged to submit.

• Approximately 1-minute pop or folk song

• Karaoke track allowed if no accompanist

• Optional: material from the show

• Slate with name, height, location, pronouns (optional), and instruments
