Recap: LA Creatives Networking Mixer | February 27, 2026 in Downtown Los Angeles

On February 27, 2026, creatives from across Los Angeles gathered in the Arts District for an evening built around one simple idea: meaningful connection.

The LA Creatives Networking Mixer, produced by Studio for Performing Arts LA in collaboration with Anthony Mongiello Photography, brought together actors, filmmakers, writers, photographers, and industry professionals for two hours of real conversation, collaboration, and community.

Hosted at a professional photography studio at 810 E 3rd St #404, the event offered a relaxed space to meet fellow artists outside of a traditional casting director workshop or formal industry panel. Instead of pressure, the vibe was welcoming. Instead of pitching, people connected.

Guests toured the studio, captured phone-friendly photo and video moments, and exchanged ideas about upcoming projects, auditions, and training opportunities. For many actors focused on how to book roles and build long term careers, the mixer was a reminder that community is part of the craft.

Music filled the space, creative resources were shared, and new collaborations began forming in real time.
