M’Saada Nia, Casting Director & Founder, Copasetic Casting (Guest Bio)

M’Saada Nia is an accomplished Casting Director with more than a decade of experience across film, television, video games, and digital media. She is known for her work on projects such as Would You Rather, Selma, and A Wrinkle in Time. Throughout her career, she has contributed to over 150 projects, collaborating on studio and independent films, network series, and major AAA video games.

M’Saada previously served as a casting executive at the The Walt Disney Company, working on projects including Grown‑ish, The Other Black Girl, and The Watchful Eye. She has also worked with renowned casting directors such as Emily Schweber, Aisha Coley, and Donna Morong, contributing to projects ranging from award-winning films to major streaming and television productions.

As the founder and lead casting director of Copasetic Casting, M’Saada is known for championing actors and discovering emerging talent while working across features, series, commercials, and ADR casting for major studios and networks.
